• Virtual auto damage assessments

• Claims administration support
• Vehicle appraisals
• Technology-supported damage estimating

Our services are provided exclusively to insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), managing general agents (MGAs), and other authorized business partners. We do not provide services directly to individual policyholders or vehicle owners.

No Insurance Services: We are not an insurance company and do not sell, underwrite, or administer insurance policies of any kind. We do not make coverage determinations or claim payment decisions.

No Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. All claim decisions, coverage determinations, policy interpretations, and legal matters remain the sole responsibility of the insurance carrier and their legal counsel.

Professional Opinions: Our assessments and estimates represent professional opinions based on our inspection, available information, industry standards, and experience. These may be subject to further review, revision, or disagreement by other qualified professionals.

While we strive for efficiency, accuracy, and professional excellence in all our work, we do not guarantee specific response times, turnaround times, service level agreements, or claim outcomes unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written service agreement.

All estimates and assessments are based on visible damage and available information at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, pre-existing conditions, or information discovered after our inspection may affect final repair costs, vehicle valuations, or claim determinations.
